Welcome to FRIADY. By registering for, accessing, or using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have the capacity required by applicable law to use the service and provide accurate registration information. Keep your credentials secure; do not transfer, rent, or share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. If we reasonably believe an account presents a security risk or violates these terms, we may request verification or limit or suspend it.
You keep the rights to content you create and promise that you have the rights needed to post it. When you post content, you grant FRIADY a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote the service. This license continues after deletion only as needed for technical backups and legal obligations.
You may not break the law or these guidelines, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or abuse interfaces, upload malicious code, or manipulate recommendation, interaction, or moderation systems.
We may review content, limit distribution, remove content, or restrict accounts based on the Community Guidelines and risk, but we do not promise that moderation will always be timely or perfectly accurate. The service is still in staged beta: features, ranking, storage, and availability may change, pause, or end. We will give notice of material changes where appropriate through the product or other contact channels.
The FRIADY name, brand, interface, software, and related materials belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission. You allow us to use suggestions and feedback you provide to improve the service without payment to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as available. Community content comes from users and does not represent FRIADY's views or professional advice. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions outside our reasonable control, third-party services, user content, or events that the law does not allow us to exclude.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service or an account for safety, operational, or policy reasons. When these terms are updated, continued use means you accept the updated terms; where the law requires consent for a material change, we will handle it accordingly.
